Auditions open for The Treasure of Cleopatra
Who will you be?
Square Drama Circle is getting ready for its next pantomime, The Treasure of Cleopatra, coming to Dunstable in February 2027 — and we’re looking for its cast.
There are 18 roles to fill, ranging from larger parts to smaller character roles, with both singing and non-singing opportunities.

Before auditioning, please check that you can make the key production dates and that the rehearsal commitment works for you.
You may attend either audition session — or both. You’re also welcome simply to turn up on the day.

Rehearsals and key dates
Rehearsals
Rehearsals will normally take place on Mondays and Thursdays, approximately 8–9.30pm, most weeks until the production, beginning on Thursday 15 October.
For junior performers and smaller roles, the production team will explore using either Monday or Thursday rehearsals, or alternating between them, where possible, to help minimise unnecessary travel.
