About the production
Welcome to Maplins.
What could possibly go wrong?
Based on the much-loved BBC sitcom by Jimmy Perry and David Croft, this stage adaptation by Paul Carpenter and Ian Gower transports audiences back to the 1950s and Maplins Holiday Camp, where a new season brings romance, rivalry, misunderstandings and plenty of holiday-camp chaos.

On foot
The venue is a short walk from central Dunstable. Look for the hall entrance to the right of the main church entrance.
Finding the audience entrance
When you reach The Square Methodist Church, the entrance to the hall is to the right of the main church entrance when you’re facing the church, opposite Boyes in the shopping area. Once inside, the front-of-house area is straight ahead and the performance space is on your left.
Step-free access
The route from the audience entrance to the performance space is step-free, and the main audience facilities are on the ground floor. There may be small thresholds along the route. Wheelchair users use the same audience entrance.
Accessible toilet
An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor.

Before the show
Doors usually open around 30 minutes before the performance. Check your show page or ticket for the exact time. Have your ticket ready for our front-of-house team, who will welcome you and help you find your allocated seat.

If tickets are still available on the door, our front-of-house team can help when you arrive.
During the performance
Please keep phones on silent and don’t photograph or record the performance. If you arrive after the performance has started, speak to our front-of-house team and they’ll help where possible.
Interval
Where the production has an interval, refreshments will be available.
Toilets
Toilets are on the ground floor. From the performance space, head back through the front-of-house area and turn right.
